The Nantucket Cycling & Fitness On-Demand Video Library empowers you to stay fit and strong from anywhere. We launched this service with the hope of extending the amazing community we build at our brick and mortar studio on Nantucket. We look forward to connecting with you and being a part of your fitness journey. We will be releasing two new videos each week and look forward to expanding our class selection with the help of many wonderful instructors.

Sculpt & Weights This low cardio, low impact class is far from low on challenge. Using your own body weight and/or light to moderate dumbbells, this workout will target sculpting, toning and strengthening your whole body. Not every workout needs to kill you to be effective and this workout honors a training for life philosophy. You will feel stronger, more mobile and most likely surprisingly sore in the best way possible. TRX Using TRX Suspension training, this workout takes simple movements to the next level. While the movements are simple, their execution gives the body a fresh new challenge to amplify your workout routine. This class combines high intensity and low intensity movements to provide a full body challenge. 3-2-1 This workout is designed with 6 minute sets done 4 times for a total working time of 24 minutes. Each 6 minutes is broken up into 3 Minutes of Strength, 2 Minutes of Cardio and 1 Minute of Core work for a well balanced mix of high and low intensity. Don’t let the short sets fool you. The mixing of strength, cardio and core combines for a killer workout. Yoga for Flexibility When one is strong, one tends to be tight. This class, designed for athletes, focuses on mobility vs strength and longer holds vs a fast flow style. An ever changing collection of postures is used to help increase range of motion and cultivate a balance between strength and flexibility. Breathwork is incorporated to distress and increase mental clarity. Burn This is our most popular high intensity workout. We use the kitchen sink of high intensity movements and creative class design to get your heart rate high and to keep it high the whole workout. We use Kettlebells and dumbbells to add strength into the mix and box jumps and jump rope for functional movement. Alternatives are always provided if access to equipment isn’t available.
